Return policy

Thank you for shopping at dukanpk.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If product is damaged or missing, you may return it to us for an exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Return Period: You may return the product within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and if product is opened please provide a video evidence as a proof.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer-service@dukanpk.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

5. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your exchange the product, as per your request.
